Mr Nimesh Mehta, aged 53 years, is the CEO of the company. He holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Mumbai, Masters in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of management, and an executive level of Cost and Works Accountancy.

He started Perfect Engineering, a Proprietary firm in 1992 which taken over as Perfect Aircon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. In May 1996 with employees strength of 20 people then, it is now 300 employees all over India.

He has over 28 years of experience in manufacturing out of which 19 years have been with the company. He is responsible for building the company from scratch and bringing it up to the current position. His area of expertise being Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), contracts heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) projects and Civil work which forms the main business of the company.

Mrs Manisha Mehta, aged 50 years, is the whole time director cum CFO of the company and has contributed to the financial structuring of the company. She is a commerce graduate from R A Podar College and a first attempt qualified Chartered Accountant articled from Lovelock & Lewes (Coopers & Lybrand) with industrial training in Voltas Ltd. She has 20 years of experience in bill discounting, bridge financing, project financing, inter-corporate deposits, import letter of credit mobilization, direct and indirect taxes and all statutory compliances. She is associated with the company since inception and her expertise and experience is of great value to the company.

Mr. Krishna Mehta has completed his Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology in 2020. He worked at JP Morgan for 6 months at the role of a junior analyst and post that at a marketing and sales executive at a consultancy startup. He now intends to help Perfect Infraengineers Ltd in its growth path through his new innovative ideas and methods.

Ms. Gurinderkaur Multani, aged 57 years, is an Independent Director of the Company and has her expertise in administrative and logistics planning. She is a post graduate in MA (English) from Punjab University and is currently Group General Manger of Bawa Group of Hotels, managing the complete operations of it including finance and Human Resources.

Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, aged 54 years, is an Independent Director of the Company. He is an engineer with specialization in electronics and is currently Managing Director and CEO of Naptune Infracom Private Limited wherein he is a pioneer in driving the business towards growth and diversification.

Mr. Parth Mehta, aged 23 years, is a non-executive Director of the Company. He is a B. Tech in Production Engineering from VJTI Mumbai, currently working with American Consultancy Company “Z S Associates” at Pune as Business Operation Associates. Mr. Parth is playing an important role in the development of “Hybrid Thermal Solar Climate System” and brings in young energy and new ideas to this business.

Mr. Rakesh Chauhan, aged 46 years, is appointed as an Independent Director of the Company. He holds a diploma in business analytics and is currently associated with Arvind Automotive India Pvt. Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He has expertise in budgeting and f forecasting, Strategic Biz Planning, B2B Sales Process Management, Retail, Distribution & MT Management and such other business processes.
